Marrit Steenbergen won the 50 free and 100 fly as she concluded a successful Dutch Championships in Amerfoort.

Steenbergen returned to take the one-length dash in 24.82 as the only woman inside 25secs.

It followed her victories in the 100 and 200 free in 52.98 and 1:55.58 respectively as well as the 200IM (2:10.88).

Arno Kamminga went 27.32 for a championship record in the prelims before returning in the afternoon to produce the same time.

The double Olympic silver medallist left the Dutch Championships with titles in the 50, 100 (59.08) and 200 (2:10.13) with the World Championships just weeks away and no-one dominating the breaststroke in the absence of Adam Peaty over the shorter distances.
