Women’s 50 Breast
Indian River kicked off the session with the top two seeds in the women’s 50 breast. Courtney Perrett grabbed the top seed with the only sub-30 second swim at a 29.06, while teammate Lauren Meyrick picked up second with a 30.80.
Iowa Central’s Ann Marie Spiker grabbed third with a 30.97.

Indian River continued to reign over the 50 breast with the top three showing in prelims of the men’s event.
Andrew Wojcik led the charge with a 24.87, putting him just over half a second away from the NJCAA record of 24.20. Teammates Joel Hansson and Jonas Olczyk added second and third place seeds of 25.48 and 26.10 respectively.

Jordan Adams of Southwestern Oregon CC grabbed second overall with a 12:23.79, followed by South Georgia State College’s Kaitlyn Carver’s 12:24.30.

Hylt Collinson of Iowa Lakes relied on a strong back-half of his 200 IM to pull ahead of the field and grab the top seed. Collinson, who turned third at the 100-yard mark, grabbed the first place seed with a 1:52.10.
Indian River’s Gabriele Sasia and Harrison Howerton settled for the second and third place seeds with times of 1:52.56 and 1:54.35 respectively.
