Nicolas Albiero, Kylee Alons Claim 100 Butterfly Wins in Greensboro; Day 3 Speedo Sectional Winners

The 2021 Speedo Sectionals continued on Saturday from several parts of the country. The meets are taking place in Greensboro, North Carolina; Fullerton, California; Roseville, California; Geneva, Ohio and Austin, Texas (Western Region).

The Greensboro meet is the 2021 ESSZ Summer Long Course Championship.

Louisville NCAA champion Nicolas Albiero , who recently announced he will return to the Cardinals for a fifth season, put together a strong 100 butterfly in 52.17, while NC State’s Kylee Alons won the women’s 100 fly in 58.98 in Greensboro.

Not every sectional had the exact same event schedule, so here is a breakdown of the event winners from the second day of sectionals.
