Video JR Rosania Exercises for Tighter Streamlines, Quicker Shoulder Rotation

PHOENIX, Arizona, August 6. JR Rosania of JR HealthPlex has Henry Palmer, the 10 & under silver medalist in the 100 backstroke at the Speedo Far Western Championships, demonstrate a streamline sit-up with a medicine ball followed by a backstroke rotation on an incline board.

Rosania says that both exercises are great for swimmers that want to tighten their streamlines off of walls and quicken their shoulder rotation.
