Rutemiller talks to Hoff's coach, Paul Yetter, about the training styles used to prepare Hoff for the swim, and what lies ahead in the coming months.

In the Technique and Tips segment, fitness expert J.R. Rosania offers some exercises to prevent injury in the shoulder and rotator cuff areas. He stresses that light weights be used and that proper arm position will help in each exercise.
