Swimming World Looking For Editorial, Multimedia Interns

PHOENIX, Arizona, January 24. SPORTS Publications International, publishers of Swimming World Magazine and SwimmingWorld.com, are seeking qualified individuals for multiple internships including editorial and multimedia positions.

We are seeking qualified individuals for multiple internships to cover various beats throughout the aquatic sports spectrum, or to fill multimedia positions including event coverage for SwimmingWorld.TV or workout videos from your area of the country and/or world.

Editorial responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for a specific assigned beat and assisting with other news channel coverage. Multimedia responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for video acquisition from locations surrounding your home base.

The editorial positions require excellent writing skills, flexible hours (including some potential weekend work) and a working knowledge of the sport of swimming. The multimedia positions require ownership of a video camera and a working knowledge of the sport of swimming.

This is a semester-to-yearlong, for-credit Internet-based position starting when it best suits the successful candidate's academic plan. There is no need for relocation.
