With news of Missy Franklin signing her first professional contract today, we thought we’d look back at the NCAA Division I Women’s Championships with a bit of a Missy Franklin-centered photo gallery from our partners at USA TODAY Sports Images.

Swimming World photographer Peter Bick was on hand the entire meet, capturing plenty of amazing photos, all of which can be seen at our coverage page sponsored by Nike Swim.

USA TODAY Sports Images‘ Evan Pike showed up for the final day of competition to capture the California coronation with a full focus on Missy and her parents DA and Richard.  Pike also caught the amazing reaction of Louisville’s Kelsi Worrell from her 200 fly win, as well as plenty of other shots.

Pike definitely shot the Franklins in volume, and we’ve presented all of his work for you to enjoy.
