National Age Group Records Go Down at Far Westerns, NASA Showcase

MORGAN HILL – Four national age group records have taken a tumble over the past two days at the Far Western Championships in Morgan Hill, Calif. and the NASA Showcase in Clearwater, Fla. Here’s a roundup of the records set.

Far Westerns

Mia Tandingan, Pikes Peak Athletics (Colorado Springs, CO)
10 and under girls 200-yard IM, 2:14.30

Claire Tuggle, Yosemite Marlins Swim Club (Oakhurst, CA)
10 and under girls 200-yard free, 1:58.20

NASA Showcase

Zoe Skirboll, Pine-Richland Aquatics (Gibsonia, PA)
10 and under girls 100-yard free, 54.89

I just finished swimming in the NASA Showcase meet in Clearwater Florida

The 11-12 girls 400 free relay record went down also at the NASA meet.

Miriam Sheehan of Phoenix Swim Club also took down a NAG at FW in the 50 butterfly. Congrats to all these 10 year-old fast swimmers!
