Morning Swim Show: Justin Plaschka Representing New York State Swimming

PHOENIX, Arizona, February 5. JUSTIN Plaschka joins today’s edition of The Morning Swim Show to talk about his outstanding performances at the New York state high school championships.

In addition to breaking state records in the 50 and 100 freestyle, Plaschka set a record in the 200 IM. He talks about training for a diverse range of events, which he said will come in handy when he goes to Notre Dame next fall. He also discusses his USA Swimming team, Team Suffolk Swim Club, and why it deserves to be mentioned on the same level as the popular Long Island Aquatic Club.
