IRVINE, California, August 4.  SWIMMAC Carolina had themselves a masterful meet at the USA Swimming Junior National Championships in Irvine.  The team managed to finish third in the combined team standings with 187 points behind Palo Alto Stanford (305) and Carmel (290).

Part of the reason for their success was keeping it loose throughout the five-day marathon meet.  Maija Roses, who finaled in two events and was part of SwimMAC’s winning 400-meter medley relay victory on the final day, uploaded the following awesome behind the scenes video.  The coaching staff even shows off their lighter side, with head coach David Marsh showing off some dance moves.
