FINA Men’s Water Polo World League Completes Euro Prelims

LAUSANNE, Switzerland, May 13. WINNERS from the three groups competing within the European preliminaries of the FINA Men's Water Polo World League 2009 are confirmed following the conclusion of the last round of games yesterday (May 12, 2009). Thus, the first qualifiers for the Super Final (June 16-21 in Podgorica, MNE) are as follows: Serbia has qualified from Group 1, Italy and Montenegro (as host) will advance from Group 2, and Croatia goes from Group 3.
