INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, March 29. COLLEGE Swim Coaches Association of America Executive Director Joel Shinofield took time out to speak at the National Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association Convention this week taking place in conjunction with the NCAA Division I Men's Championships.
Shinofield talks to the membership about some of the recent NCAA deregulation, which has been suspended prior to going into place this summer. Shinofield gives some compelling reasons why some of these new deregulations are bad for all collegiate sports.
