The American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA) recently held its World Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio bringing coaches, vendors, and lovers of swimming together to discuss the latest news, techniques, and to celebrate the newest award winners.

While there, Swimming World TV had a chance to interview Commit Swimming on their new workout management system. With the cameras rolling prior to the start of the interview, the Commit Swimming staff broke out in a spontaneous rap forcing Publisher Brent Rutemiller to uncharacteristically jump in. The SwimmingWorld.TV producers posted the unedited version of the video for our viewers to enjoy (See Video Below).

For those who are unfamiliar with Commit Swimming back in April they launched a web-based application for swim programs that allows coaches to write and analyze their workouts. Coaches who use the platform have a fully interactive dashboard where they can break down workouts by stroke, level of intensity, or days of the week.

Currently Commit Swimming is only available as a web application but the tech-savvy team are working on a mobile application. “From a development standpoint, mobile is our main focus. We’re planning on releasing both IOS and Android applications this fall” commented Nico Gimenez, one of the three co-founders.
