FORT MYERS, Florida, September 15. AUBURN head coach Brett Hawke scored his second top 75 national recruit today when distance freestyle Logan Samuelson, who competes for Swim Florida and Fort Myers High School, made it official with his commitment.

His top times are in the 500-yard free (4:22.89) and 1000-yard free (9:10.29), as both as U.S. Open cuts from the 2012 Speedo Junior Nationals and the 2013 Florida Spring Senior Championships, respectively.

“I loved the team and coaches,” Samuelson said of his commitment. “It felt like I was already part of the family. War Eagle!”
