ISHOF Announces Class of 2013

FORT LAUDERDALE, USA–The International Swimming Hall of Fame (ISHOF) earlier this week announced 10 honorees who will be inducted into the hall next year. Coach honors for 2013 go to Alberto Castagnetti, who was an Italian national team coach from 1987 through to his death in 2009.

The 2013 honorees are:
-Milivoj Bebic, Yugoslavia/Croatia (water polo)
-Alberto Castagnetti, Italy (coach)
-Gary Hall, Jr., USA (swimming)
-Dagmar Hase, Germany (swimming)
-Jia Hu, China (diving)
-Yana Klochkova, Ukraine (swimming)
-Cliff Lumsden, Canada (open water)
-Peter Montgomery, Australia (contributor)
-Nathalie Schneyder, USA (synchro)
-Pieter van den Hoogenband, Netherlands (swimming)
