Jonathan Bell Arrested On More Sex Charges

WYOMISSING, Pennsylvania, September 25. JONATHAN Bell, a former Berks County teacher, swim coach and water polo coach was arrested for an additional “six counts of sexual assault and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse” according to WFMZ in Pennsylvania.

Bell, 31, was an art teacher in Exeter Township and was a boys swimming coach in the Governor Mifflin School District. After initially being arrested in August on alleged charges of a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student, Bell has had more charges added after more alleged victims have come forward. In August, another 17-year-old girl was identified as an alleged victim. This month's arrest charges that a 15-year-old student and another 17-year-old girl he was coaching have claimed “inappropriate sexual contact” by Bell.

According to USA Swimming, Bell is not currently and has never been a member of USA Swimming.
