6th Annual SPEEDO Grand Challenge -- May 27, 1999

The 6th Annual SPEEDO Grand Challenge hosted by the Irvine Novaquatics Swim Team is shaping up to be a formidable competition this weekend, May 28-30. Being held at the Heritage Aquatics Complex, the SPEEDO Grand Challenge is attracting many top local as well as national talent with a sprinkling of top international competitors.

Swimmers will be vying for well over $15,000 in cash and prizes with featured athletes including Chad Carvin, Elli Overton, Marylyn Chang, Steve West and Francisco Sanchez.
