A New Addition to the Swimming World Family -- November 11, 1998

Co-publisher Gerry Rodrigues and his wife, Annette Buhl, are the proud parents of Alex Rodrigues. Young Alex - named after either Alex Popov or Seattle Mariners' shortstop Alex Rodriguez - was born on Sept. 25, a hefty 8 lb, 3 oz, and 20.5 inches tall. His dad reports "he has big hands and big feet."
