National Junior College Athletic Association - NJCAA, Changes Qualifying Standard for 2004 -- October 7, 2003

PHOENIX, October 7. THE governing body for the USA Junior College athletics has revised the method used for determining participants for their 2003-2004 Championship meet.

According to a spokesperson for the NJCAA, "The NJCAA Swimming and Diving Championships no longer qualify participants by time standards...it is open to anyone who has been certified academically eligible by a member NJCAA college."
