Stanford University Wins Sears Cup Again -- June 25, 1998

Stanford's status as the top overall athletics program in the nation was reinforced when they were awarded the Sears Cup for the fourth straight year. Stanford led the standings all year and only added to its lead with a strong Spring performance, which included the men's and women's swim teams capturing the NCAA Championship.
