The all-stars were honored at the North Carolina Swimming Banquet on Jan 31 in Greensboro. Jeff Rouse, the current world record holder in the 100m backstroke, was the keynote speaker. The all-stars were able to meet, work and swim with Jeff prior to the banquet.
