SICILY, Italy - Olympic champion Penny Heyns slipped at the World University Games, finishing fourth in the 200m breaststroke. South Africa's Heyns, who complained of flu symptoms, finished nearly two seconds off the 2:30.24 of gold medalist Masami Tanaka of Japan. Slovakia's Martina Moravcova won her second gold medal in two days and set a games record, clocking 1:59.96 in the women's 200m freestyle.
