PHOENIX, Arizona, December 3. TEXAS senior David Walters offers a preview of this weekend's Texas Invitational, and we visit the Arizona weight room in today's edition of The Morning Swim Show.

Walters looks back on a great year in the pool, including the NCAA championships, where he was part of the winning 800 free relay, to the world championships, where he overcame illness to break American and world records. Our Dryland Exercise of the Week comes from the University of Arizona weight room, where Rick DeMont talks about the uses of cable weights to improve strength functionality.
