PHOENIX, Arizona, July 28. DAY three of finals in swimming at the world championships saw more world records and a major upset in the men's 200 free, and Peter Busch and Garrett McCaffrey of SwimPulse.net discuss the news regarding swimsuits in today's news segment of The Morning Swim Show.
Busch and McCaffrey start the show by analyzing Paul Biedermann's win in the 200 free over Michael Phelps, Gemma Spofforth's world record in the 100 back, Federica Pellegrini and Alessia Filippi giving the home crowd something to cheer about and Rebecca Soni's stroke in the 100 breast. July 28, 2009 I have been thinking a lot about the suits at NCAAs, and I hope they only allow the 2010 onward suits. They can make decisions. Also hope the US vs. Europe Duel in the Pool in December adopts the new rule. (But I don't think that will happen.) Submitted by: SwimDER94
