April 21, 2008 What, no stats on who was wearing what suit?
I must say I am dissapointed! Submitted by: DOM
April 22, 2008 The stand-out 'lift' given to an amazing swimmer wearing the LZR was Tim Shead from RSA. Thus far he has smashed his own WR in the 100 br by over three seconds and setting marks in the 200IM and 50br (32.07 - by almost one full second). Only handful of swimmers have got hold of a LZR for the competition, hardly a fair playing field for Masters swimming and FINA reps did not seem to want to know about it... Submitted by: swimsteve
April 23, 2008 So what you are telling me is that 2 of the 24 world records listed in this article were swum wearing the LZR? Interesting. Submitted by: dom
April 23, 2008 hopefully the LSR is better constructed then the fast skin pro. Two members of our team swam with gaping holes in the sides of their suit after wearing for only a couple swims. Ken Frost was still able to win his breast events and Rich Burns a WR in the back. The guy from RSA was amazing. It would be fun to try a LSR just to see.....They are only selling Arena Suits--no speedos to be found. Fun meet but very, very different then Stanford. Submitted by: lauraval
