Host Brent Rutemiller discusses the new incentive program started by British Swimming, in which coaches of Olympic medalists can get as much as 10,000 pounds if their swimmer wins a gold medal in Beijing, 7,500 pounds for a silver medal and 5,000 for a bronze medal.
