Whetstone was joined by female student-athletes from high schools, junior colleges and colleges throughout New Jersey who were recognized as their institution's "Woman of the Year" at halftime of the Seton Hall-Villanova women's basketball game. The "Woman of the Year" awards are based upon athletic excellence, academic success and community service. Approximately 150 student-athletes from New Jersey's high schools, colleges and universities were honored at the celebration.
