Chinese National Championships: Pang Jiaying Clears Olympic A Standard in 200 Free -- September 27, 2007

CHONG QING, China, September 27. ACCORDING to a report by Xinhua, Pang Jiaying cleared an Olympic A Standard at the Chinese National Championships. She clocked a 1:58.34 in the women's 200 free en route to the national title on the final day of competition.

In other action, Wu Peng won the men's 200 fly in 1:58.43, while Sun Yang took home the men's 1500 free with a time of 15:14.99.

Joining Pang with an Olympic A qualifying standard, Shi Feng also made the cut in the men's 100 fly earlier in the week.
