Hungarian Banned -- October 16, 1996

From Reuter's News Service: FINA has banned Joszef Ruza, the Hungarian Swimming Association's secretary-general for two years from any international activity. The ban is a result of allegations of false qualifying times submitted from a competition that never took place, on behalf of half of the Hungarian Olympic team. FINA also handed the Hungarian association a severe warning.
