Sean Grieshop On Finally Getting a Best Time in 400 IM (VIDEO INTERVIEW)

Sean Grieshop of Cal talked about his new best time in the 400 IM for the first time in two years. Grieshop finished third in the final and has a potential of getting on his first major international team for the Pan Pacs in Japan in two weeks.

Grieshop also talked about how his teammates at Cal have really helped him this week in Irvine by racing well and succeeding in the pool. Grieshop talked about how he has fed off that momentum this week.
