The results will be better for the U.S. Phelps and a recovered Missy will storm the podium.

It’s impossible considering how many great athletes didn’t even go, not to mention US have an amazing recovery capacity and they’ll all do better next year. I blame USA failure at World Champs to their cut, that happened a year before the meet. That was plain stupid.
