AUSTIN, Texas, March 30. CALIFORNIA’s Ryan Murphy had an incredible meet, sweeping the backstrokes and being part of three relay wins for the Golden Bears at the NCAA Division I Men’s Championships.

Murphy walks Swimming World through the emotional roller coaster of his wins, including winning his first NCAA title as part of the 200-yard free relay before turning in one of the best meets by a freshman ever.
