Video Interview: Redlands’ Kyle Gornay Happy With Team Moving Up Ladder

RIVERSIDE, California, May 18. REDLANDS’ Kyle Gornay had a pretty strong night for his squad, including a title in the 100-yard back at the CIF Southern Sectional Championships.

Swimming World correspondent Griffin Scott talked with California commit Gornay after the session.

Gornay won the 100-yard back in 47.15, and took second to Cole Cogswell in the 100-yard free with a 44.03. He also clocked a 21.06 butterfly leg for Redlands’ third-place 200-yard medley relay (1:32.07).
