PHOENIX, Arizona, February 18. KATIE Shannahan, a Phoenix High school All-American junior, demonstrates a TRX streamline push off as coached by JR Rosania.

Katie used this exercise to recently win the 200 fly at the Phoenix Invitational in 2:02.59. The TRX movement provides more power off the walls for greater distance underwater. Complete 4 sets of 8 reps.
