Video: Get Better At Streamlines With This TRX Trick

PHOENIX, Arizona, February 18. KATIE Shannahan, a Phoenix High school All-American junior, demonstrates a TRX streamline push off as coached by JR Rosania.

Katie used this exercise to recently win the 200 fly at the Phoenix Invitational in 2:02.59. The TRX movement provides more power off the walls for greater distance underwater. Complete 4 sets of 8 reps.

JR Rosania is a monthly contributor to Swimming World Magazine. His “Dryside Training” column describes different dryland exercises to increase a swimmer’s strength in the water. Subscribe to Swimming World Magazine today!
