PHOENIX, Arizona, February 11. ARIZONA high school Female Swimmer of the Year in Division I Victoria Toris, shows off a fun way to improve a swimmer’s feel for flip turns and streamlines off the wall in this latest dryland drill from JR Rosania.

Rosania, of JR HealthPlex, says that this exercise gives the swimmer an impression of the freestyle turn and streamline push off the wall.
