The European swimming championships take center stage in this weekend edition of The Morning Swim Show. Host Peter Busch highlights the world records set by France’s Amaury Leveaux and Italy’s Alessia Filippi at the meet in Croatia, as well as the near-world record by Serbia’s Milorad Cavic. Swimming World senior writer John Lohn joins the show to talk about Paul Biedermann, Leveaux and Filippi, and analyzes their prospects in the long-course pool. Lohn also talks about the swims by Dagny Knutson at the USA Swimming short course nationals, including her American record in the 400 IM.
