Poll of the Week: Which Team Will Win Men’s Div. I NCAA Team Title?

PHOENIX, Arizona, March 15. THE women's NCAA Division I championships is just around the corner, starting next Thursday, and it should be a great battle for the team trophy. We asked you in our last poll which team you thought was going to win the overall team title, and with 45.59 percent, it looks like our readers are picking the University of Georgia Bulldogs to win the team title, which would be their first since 2005. The California Golden Bears are looking to make it three in a row, and 30.88 percent of voters said it could happen for them. Southern California got 10.29 percent of the votes, while Stanford was fourth with 4.41 percent. Almost 9 percent of you said another team is going to win the title, and that makes it interesting. We'll see about a week from now who gets to hold the trophy high in Indianapolis.

Now on to the next poll, which asks you which men's team is going to win the team title at the Division I NCAAs. It will be another tight race, and we're giving you five choices this week. Will it be the Arizona Wildcats, the Michigan Wolverines, the Stanford Cardinal, the Texas Longhorns or California Golden Bears? Go to our home page at swimmingworld.com to place your vote, and we'll let you know who got the most votes on next Friday's show.
