This week at the United States Aquatic Sports convention, one of the big issues is the financial support of the post graduate swimmers. The Athlete Partnership Plan or Agreement hit a big bump when the United States Olympic Committee rejected the revised plan that did not include a contract. The USOC left the door open for a contract based plan. At the Board of Directors meeting at USAS the issue was addressed and Tyler Clary stepped up to speak against a contract based agreement.
