Last night, the collegiate championship season really began in earnest as big-time conferences like the SEC, ACC and Big Ten put together some incredible times heading into March Madness; Auburn's Arianna Vanderpool-Wallace picked up where she left off in the 50 free with the first sub-21 relay split by a woman at the SEC Championships; The hosting Lady Volunteers took the day one lead; Auburn matched the Tennessee men for the lead heading into the second day of team competition; Wisconsin had a productive first night at the Big Ten Championships; The women of the ACC put together a strong first night with Virginia leading the way; West Virginia Tech announced that it would be adding swimming to its sports lineup; & the Indianapolis Grand Prix has already met its limit of 800 entries.
