July 10, 2013: Shannon Vreeland, set to be one of the busiest swimmers on the U.S. world championship swimming team, joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show. Vreeland relives her very successful world championships, which included top-three finishes in the 100 and 200 freestyles. Is she turning into a sprinter? Vreeland talks about her training leading up to nationals, and whether she made any adjustments from her typical middle-distance routine. She also discusses the Georgia contingent going to worlds, and how it’s been a great thing to return home for a few weeks to train, though she liked being sequestered with the team at training camp for the Olympics.
