Oct. 3, 2012: Sean Schimmel joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show to talk about his goals for the Arkansas women’s swim team on the 40th anniversary of the program. With Olympians and All-Americans part of Arkansas’ past, Schimmel said he’s working to keep the program up to that standard in his first season in Fayetville. He’s preparing his swimmers for what he believes will be a tough dual meet schedule against opponents in the Southeastern Conference. He talks about learning from coaches he had as a swimmer and what he also took from his time working as head coach at the University of Maryland.
