Michael Stott, a high school coach and frequent contributor to Swimming World Magazine, talks about the issue of getting swimmers to move forward from disappointing swims. With the championship season upon us, Stott talks about some of the advice he got from coaches such as Jack Bauerle in writing his article, and the advice he gives his swimmers when they have swims that are less than satisfactory.
