Elizabeth Beisel is the star of today’s edition of The Morning Swim Show to talk about life after swimming in her first Olympics.

Beisel called the show to talk about the experience of being the youngest swimmer on the team, saying it was a plus to have so many of the older swimmers take care of her and make sure she wasn’t stressed out. She said she’s ready for the Rhode Island high school swimming season, and said the next big meet she’ll compete in is the world championship trials next summer.

Swimming World Magazine senior writer John Lohn joins the show to talk about Beisel’s future as a potential leader of the USA women’s national team and how she’s destined to make the top IMers and backstrokers worried. He also recaps the big stories of the week, from Grant Hackett’s retirement to Michael Phelps’ party appearance to Eamon Sullivan’s 100 freestyle prediction.
