Job Description:
The Sales Promotions Coordinator position is responsible of Creating and implementing promotional strategies to increase Sales and Brand Awareness. Other areas of responsibility will include:
• Working with Team Dealers at various grass root events to promote and test products.
• Educate and motivate existing, under achieving, and potential accounts to sell Q Swimwear product through line presentations.
• Proactively service existing accounts on a regular basis. Return all calls and emails from accounts within a twenty-four hour window.
• Prepare and follow an event calendar for major competitions and clinics.
• Product Development liaison to athletes and coaches in development and testing.
• Coordinate branding and launch of new products with respect to athletes, teams, coaches, events and dealers.
Candidates will be expected to live in or near San Diego California, or will be expected to relocate at their own expense.
Required Skills/ Qualifications:
• 2 years of professional sales experience with demonstratable results
• Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen
• Knowledge of the competitive swim or water polo communities.
• Available and willing to work long hours and weekends.
• Superior follow through and detail orientation.
• Energetic, self-motivated and flexible.
• Proficient in Microsoft office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

CAMP COUNSELORS / COACHES
The Michigan Swim Camp at the University of Michigan is looking for individuals seeking an opportunity to work with Olympic coach Mike Bottom and staff. Five one-week sessions (June 2-6, 9-13, 16-20, 23-27, August 4-8). Room, board, local telephone plus $520/week salary and $100 travel expense help. The Disney College Program Opportunities
The Disney College Program is a 4-6 month internship program located at the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL and the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, CA.
This program has three key components - Living, Learning, and Earning:
EARNING: Participants work in front-line roles in our Theme Parks and Resorts, gaining real world experience and exposure to the operations of a Fortune 500 company.
LEARNING: Participants take part in college-level coursework, and may have the opportunity to earn college credit.
LIVING: Participants live in company-sponsored housing with people from all over the country, as well as the world.

Qualifications:
In order to submit an application for the Disney College Program, applicants must meet the following requirements.
1. Be Enrolled as a Full-Time or Part-Time Student and Taking At Least One Class
Students must be currently enrolled and taking at least one class in an accredited college or university in the United States and have completed at least one semester.
Students who have not yet graduated from high school but have dual enrollment with a college are not eligible to apply.
Those who have taken college courses, but are currently taking "time off" from school are not eligible to apply.
College freshmen may apply during their first semester of school to participate during their second semester. The Disney College Program cannot serve as your first semester of school.
College seniors may apply for the program and participate immediately after graduation, but must be enrolled in school at the time of their interview. Seniors graduating in April are eligible to apply for either the Fall Advantage or Fall programs.
Graduate students may apply. However, it is important to note that this program and its educational components, are designed for undergraduates.
2. Meet Any School Requirements for Participation
Students also must meet any additional criteria their school requires for participation in our program. This may include G.P.A., grade level, and number of credit hours earned. Schools will be contacted to verify eligibility.
3. Be at least 18 years of age by the time the program begins
All participants must be at least 18 years of age by their arrival date.
4. Possess Unrestricted Work Authorization
Participation in this program also requires unrestricted work authorization.
Attention international students:
To be eligible for this program, you must be currently enrolled in a college/university in the United States and possess unrestricted US work authorization. Typically, this means international students must be studying on an F-1 or J-1 visa. Contact your international student advisor if you have questions regarding your eligibility.
If you currently do not have a United States Social Security Number issued to you, please call (407) 828-1736 prior to completing the application.
Reminder: Should an invitation be extended to you, you will be required to submit verification of your legal right to work in the United States at the time of your arrival.

Two Senior Coaches
Swedish swimming have a long tradition of success and have an ambition of being one of the leading nations in Europe and the World. You will now have the opportunity of participating in this development. We are looking for two senior coaches for the Swedish Swimming Federation's NEC (National High Performance Center) at Eriksdalsbadet in Stockholm. The new NEC will start its activities in January 2013. We would like you to: . have good knowledge and experience of international swimming . have experience of coaching swimmers at top international senior level . have good knowledge of work physiology, sport science and biomechanics . have good planning and communication skills . have documented educational background within swimming . team, action- and goal-oriented personality . structured and analytical approach You will work closely with the other staff engaged with the NEC. Your tasks: . Lead and develop the daily activities at NEC. . Prepare short- and long-term planning and follow at the NEC. . Coach swimmers at NEC and enroll them in competitions with the goal of helping them achieve an international swimming career. . Participate as a coach at the Swedish Swimming Federation training camps. . Participate as a coach at the international senior championship and related camps. .
