Main Set

There is only one main set to this work-out but it is done in rounds of 25, 50, 75 ,100. The workout starts out easy and the first few rounds take place of a warm up. If a swimmer misses an interval they are done with the workout. Every following time the twister is completed the swimmer tries to make it to a further point ina round or to a differnt round.
