Set Category Set Description Set Intervals
Warm-up 200 nice and slow, just stretch it out
Pull Set 2 X 300 pull; first 25, breath every 3 strokes, second 25, breath every 5, third 25, breath every 7, 4th 25, breath every 9; do this for each 100 in the 300.
Kick Set 3 X 200 freestyle kick

2 X 200 Flutter Kick
go down easy and back hard for every 50 in the 200.
Main Set 5 X 100 on the 1:30-2:00 (depending on ability level)
Warm-Down 200 easy

Total = 2500 SC Yards
