Warm-up

Distance, aerobic, freestyle workout. Warm up & down is 1 mile walk between my home, and pool. Pace is my main objective. 100s at 1:30 or under, and then eventually 150s at or under 2:00 each. (This keeps the swims between 60-66 minutes, and the clock is a lap counting aid-if pace is maintained)
