Warm-up 200 easy, stretch out. rest 15 seconds, then proceed to kicking set
Kick Set 200 kick, your choice rest 15 seconds, then proceed to main set
Main Set 8 x 50 free, descend 1-4 & 5-8 rest 10 seconds between each 50.
Warm-Down 200 easy swimming
