Set Category Set Description Set Intervals
Warm-up 400 m. Each discipline by 100 m.
Pre-Set 4x100 m. Work on technique, 100 m on each discipline.
Main Set 200 m butterfly;
200 m backstroke;
200 m breaststroke;
400 m crawl.
If it is too hard, put intervals by choice.
Warm-Down 200 m medley. Take it easy.




Total = 2000 SC Meters
