Set Category Set Description Set Intervals
Main Set This is worm-up set together with main set.
1000 m crawl.
Measure time, strokes and heartbeats.
Main Set 200 m backstroke;
200 m breaststroke;
200 m butterfly.
If it is too hard, put intervals by choice.
Warm-Down 4x100 m (or 2x200 m) medley. Swimm easy but rest between intervals as less as possible.




Total = 2000 SC Meters
